a few seconds written in C++/Qt Framework.

Prerequisites
-------------
- Thumbnail me 3.0 was tested on Windows
XP/Server2003,Server2008,Vista,Seven. It should work on any later
version.
- openGL 3.0 or higher (Optional)
- Internet access to upload thumbnails on ImageShack servers (Optional)
